Cecilia Gorman hails from the advertising industry where she spent 20+ years in creative management, recruiting and HR. She is a DISC-certified member of the John Maxwell Team and the owner of Creative Talent Partners, a training consultancy that specializes in the development of new and struggling managers and the teams they lead.

Cecilia also co-founded Empowership, a year-long remote-access training program designed exclusively for working women and she runs Corporate Course Creator, aimed at helping new online course creators target corporate clients.

Recent clients include CBS, Oakley, Texas Christian University, Volcom, Univision, Easterseals, Hyundai Capital, and ASICS. It’s been her mission to inspire, educate and motivate people toward their greatest potential.

Our speaker today is a California native and a veteran of the advertising industry where she spent 20+ years in creative management, recruiting and HR.

She owns Creative Talent Partners, a training consultancy focused on manager development and recently started coaching online course creators who want to target corporate clients.

Her signature program is Manager Boot Camp, which is a 4-week digital course and we’re excited to have her share with us today how she crafted a seamless client experience that led to more referrals and major revenue growth.
